🛒 Orders & Payment

• All prices are shown in SEK/EUR and include VAT where applicable.

• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (Klarna, Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc).

• An order confirmation will be sent to your email after purchase.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders within Sweden: 2–4 business days 📍

• Nordic countries: 3–5 business days 🌍

• Rest of EU: 4–7 business days ✈️

• All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

📦 Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons 🚫 opened beauty products (lash glue, lash clusters, brow solutions) cannot be returned.
